Project Scope – Boundary & Topographic Survey We are seeking a licensed surveyor to complete a boundary and topographic survey for a proposed residential development in Roseville, Michigan. Scope should include property boundaries, easements, topographic elevations/contours, adjacent grades and development features, roadway/curb elevations, and all visible existing utilities. Survey should also locate storm, sanitary, water, gas, electric and communication utilities, including manholes, catch basins, hydrants and valves. For the storm system, please obtain available rim elevations, pipe sizes, directions and invert elevations, including the City storm connection point and downstream information where accessible.
