Need help transferring existing custom domain e-mail to new account with Microsoft 365. (Previously done by 3rd party provider and E-Mail stopped working.) Still have domain name hosted by another third company.

I need an Outlook-compatible tool that lets me compose an email today yet have it appear, in every visible respect, as if it was sent on an earlier, user-defined date and time. The core requirement is simple: once the message lands in the recipient’s mailbox (or in a test inbox), the “Sent” timestamp must reflect the back-dated value, not the moment it actually left the system. Key points I care about • Outlook is the only platform that must be supported right now; if the architecture makes it easy to extend to Gmail or Yahoo later, that is a plus but not essential. • The feature set can stay lean—no need for complex campaign dashboards or open-rate tracking. Preview in multiple clients would be nice to have, but again, the non-negotiable is accurat...

I’m looking for an experienced Windows helpdesk technician who can cover the night shift and keep our systems running smoothly while the daytime team is offline. Your nightly responsibilities will focus on: • Troubleshooting issues – most calls relate to Hardware failures, so strong diagnostic skills with disks, memory, and peripheral devices are essential. • System monitoring – watch over event logs, performance counters, and alerts, stepping in before small warnings turn into service-impacting problems. • User account management – create, disable, or unlock accounts, reset passwords, and handle basic permission requests that can’t wait until morning. We work with standard Microsoft tools (Active Directory, Windows Server Manager, PowerSh...

I recently replaced my phone and lost the Microsoft Authenticator configuration that protects my Outlook email account. Since the app was my only two-factor method, I’m now locked out. I need someone who knows the ins and outs of Microsoft Authenticator, Outlook sign-in security, and account recovery workflows to guide me through regaining full access. The focus is strictly on recovering the account, not on setting up new devices or general troubleshooting. We’ll work together in real time (screenshare or chat—whatever you recommend) to: • Navigate Microsoft’s recovery pages • Prove ownership with any backup codes or alternative verification routes that may still be available • Re-establish two-factor authentication on my new phone once ac...

I’m running an Exchange hybrid setup (Exchange Online with an on-prem 2019 mailbox server) and messages sent from the cloud aren’t reaching mailboxes on-premises. Mail flow the other way around is fine, so the fault lies somewhere in the cloud-to-on-premises path. I’ve already pulled message traces and transport logs; they show several repeated errors but I’d like a fresh set of eyes to confirm the root cause, validate the current Hybrid Configuration Wizard settings, and correct whatever is blocking delivery. What I need from you: • Review the existing hybrid connectors, accepted domains, send/receive connectors, and any related transport rules. • Analyse the trace and protocol log snippets I’ll provide, identify the exact failure point, and exp...

I need a clear, error-free transcription of several handwritten pages into a single plain .txt file. The handwriting is generally legible; I simply require every word, number, and punctuation mark replicated exactly as it appears, with basic line breaks where they naturally fall. No additional styling or formatting is necessary—just a faithful plain-text version of the original notes. Accuracy is the priority, so please proofread your work before delivery. The final hand-off is complete when I receive the clean .txt file that mirrors the source content in full.
