Your main focus will be email and communication support—no calendar management or customer outreach—strictly the internal flow between teammates, partners and myself. I already run a live Slack Workflow Builder flow where users first pick a Product and then a Topic from dropdown menus. Right after those two choices are submitted I now need the workflow to launch a follow-up questionnaire of open-ended text questions—at least eleven of them—and capture every answer. The enhanced flow must automatically push the following into a single, shared Google Sheet (one tab only): • the Product selection • the Topic selection • each response to the 11+ open-ended questions • date-time stamp and Slack user ID for traceability I do not want separate tabs; all rows should land in the same sheet so the data set is easy to filter and pivot later. I run a growing online operation and need a reliable right-hand who can jump in immediately and keep pace as our workload evolves. On any given day you might be researching information, entering data, drafting customer emails, updating spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, or testing a new app I’m considering.
