Hello, We are a startup that develops products for water purification. Goal: We want to develop an electronic float device that will work in swimming pools and/or water tanks, monitoring the quality of the water and also acting as a water purifier Scope: We want to design the prototype of a floating structure with a maximum volume of 1200cm3 (example of dimensions: Width: 20cm, Length: 20cm, Height: 3cm). At the bottom of this structure there will be 1 pair of sensors and a pair of metal bars. On top of this structure a solar cell will be installed. The design must be done in Autodesk Fusion 360 software. The frame will be printed on our 3d Printer and should be easy to Assemble by Hand. The frame parts can be fastened with screws or other similar fastening devices and these fastening devices must be specified in the project as type, material and size. Attached to this RFQ is a conceptual design of what is expected of this structure. We want your best offer (final price) and time for drawing. All interested parties are invited to submit their offer only through the Freelancer.com website. Those who contact us directly will have their offer rejected.

Hello I am able to design your electronic floating device. I would design it in a way that the required dimensions, 1200 m3, be observed. I would use A193 Gr B16 and A194 Gr 16 as fasteners due to the fact that there is HCl in pool water. I am able to do the design in solidworks and Autocad3D. I am mechanical engineer and professional industrial designer. I have 6 years work experience in designing mechanical equipment.
