The project consists of the creation of an informative video, in which the operation of the ZEWATECH technology is reflected in a generalized way. The structure and timing are specified in the attached Power Point. It is very important to keep in mind that all the models contained in the script are only simplified approximations, and must be redesigned with a greater degree of precision. It should be noted that the designer will have total freedom to modify any aesthetic area of the project, as long as the specified operating principles are respected. Power Point analysis For a correct understanding of the Power Point, it is important to know its structure: - The text in italics and between quotation marks (" "), represents the narration that will be heard superimposed on the video at every moment. This narration will be recorded by the company after the video has been made, so the designer should not make use of said text at any time, its only function being to facilitate the understanding of the situation to be represented. - In the Duration section, the times established to show each of the procedures are specified. - A third section of Links of interest, shows some examples that will allow the designer to have an idea of the desired end result. This should be only a guide, in no case is it intended to specifically represent what is shown in the video, but it should be the designer himself who adapts it to the project presented by ZEWATECH. - Finally, all the slides contain a text that specifies the procedures to be shown and their order, as well as different images that allow the designer to have a little idea of what to represent. System elements To facilitate the designer's tasks, the different elements of our system, as well as their arrangement, have been schematically represented. - 1 = Piston compressor. - 2 = Keg: It is simply a stainless steel tank that allows the liquid ring pump to cool. - 3 = Vacuum pump. - 4 = Fan. - 5 = Bypass valve. - 6 = Expansion valve. - 7 = Manometer (Vacuum gauge): It is a manometer capable of calculating negative relative pressures (Vacuum). It calculates values between -1 and 0 bar of relative pressure. - 8 = Boiler: It is a stainless steel boiler, which contains a hood inside, which allows the gases to be guided to the upper part and to prevent the condensates from going to the lower part. The dimensioning of the different elements must maintain a relationship similar to that expressed in the diagram, without this being a determining factor. If the designer has access to models or plans of the constituent elements of the machine, they may be used for the video, otherwise, ZEWATECH will provide the necessary information for their modeling. Piping System Our machine contains stainless steel pipes and copper pipes: - Stainless steel pipes (gray color): Water circulates through them, except for the T3 pipe, through which air circulates. In the Power Point, it is specified in which moments the fluid circulation must be shown, and the way to represent it will be left to the designer. - Copper pipes (dark ocher color): Refrigerant circulates through them at all times. It is very important to show the movement of the fluid through them, as well as the temperature at which it is at all times. For this, colors should be used, which give an idea of the variation of the fluid temperature in each section. Although they are already specified in the Power Point, a general view of the evolution of the temperature throughout the circuit is shown. It is also important to represent the section between P1 and P2 (following the direction of the arrow) with a diameter greater than the section between P2 and P1, with a diameter ratio of approximately 2/3.
