You must be able to demonstrate will previous work that you can complete this project. ========================================================================== We build homes. We looking for a partner that can take rough sketches and turn them into hi-res 3D renderings. (Image and Video). You can see examples of the work we expect here - [login to view URL] I have also attached a sample of the output from this project in the uploaded files. You will be given a floor plan (see upload files). from this floor plan, you need to create hi-res 3d files as follows; 1 x front outside of the house 1 x left outside of the house 1 x right outside of the house 1 x back outside of the house 2 x each room (opposing views) We also need the renderings composed into a 3D video We are happy to provide further examples of what we are looking for. We are happy to work with either an independent contractor or an agency. We will not, under any circumstance pre-pay for work. - Don't ask We are looking for a long-term partnership so if this project is successful, many more will follow.
