I need 3-d Models of GAME HEROES , renders WITH appropriate textures, with UV ready for rigging

Hi... I hope you guys can help me. I need these guys to look EXACTLY how they look in this concept art which is STYLIZED (rise of Kingdom's style) not realistic human proportions, and with exaggerated features AND APPROPRIATE TEXTURES. They are in GAME HEROES. They go in a game for mobile , 10 to 24k polygon. Please see examples in the UPLOADED FILES of concept art and examples of acceptable and unacceptable models. I will post a different RIGGING AND ANIMATIONS project. Please bid PER 3-d CHARACTER as they will be done individually ; if you do one and it is approved and done THEN you will have next one started etc. Not all at once. I am sorry if I already seem like I might be acting crazy but I am having some not great experiences with modeling so far. This a real mobile game RTS game which is monetized by purchases of "Cosmetic features and skins" and it really must look good and right.
