Hi there, Oscar :-) I’d like to help you on this job. I’m an intermediate SolidWorks user with a license and a licensed SW 2019 software. I do this stuff all the time for 3D printing for my customers and myself. I can send you some things I designed as my portfolio if needed. I have experience with PCB box designs, ports and structural, modal and random vibration analysis. Design will made for how you want to manufacture it. Note: If you specifically manufacture this with sheet metal I can design for it and bending will be no problem. And also I can give you my opinion about your new product.
