3d Artist needed for 3d modeling

Hello , I need a quote for how much it would cost to design a full body 3-D model that’s rigged (hand movements, face, all that good stuff) . I would provide detailed drawing’s in 2D (from different views) to help. It would need to be done so I can use in either Blender, 3ds Max, or preferably Houdini. I worked in Blender and 3ds Max but I really want to jump to Houdini and I’m going to start learning soon. The clothes the character wear has to have clothing simulation. Hair and materials/textures may or may not have to be done. I do have Ornatrix for 3ds Max for doing hair but it can be a pain for me to do sometimes lol. These characters I want to look next gen PS4/PS5 good (or close to). I mean Mortal Kombat 11, Tekken 7, Resident Evil 2 Remake. Here’s 2 of my characters I had to “frankenstein”/piece together little by little (to give you an idea of what my characters look like and what I’ve done). Feel free to ask any questions or offer suggestions .I know this is a lot to ask. I am a 2d cartoonist who knows some 3d modeling (still learning). Also I have a lot of characters that need to be done so if you do a good job I got a lot more work :) Also not sure what a job like this would go for so the price is negotiable. Thank you, Justin
