I would like to hire an Accountant

Hello, I am currently in the process of buying my first home. I will be purchasing utilizing an FHA loan in conjunction with my father as a non-dwelling co-borrower. To fund my portion of the downpayment, I am debating between rolling over an old 401(k) to an IRA and utilizing the first 10k option to avoid the penalty or taking a primary residence loan from my current 401(k). I need to know the pros and cons of each as well as how my income tax scenario would be impacted as a result of a distribution. I am right at a tax bracket cut off if I take the distribution. I would need to know how to handle if I went into the next tax bracket. I would also need to know timing regarding the distribution/the down payment/the tax form.
