I am looking for a Graphic Designer with web experience to design a Template for me for a Real Estate company selling Villas in the Costa Blanca, Spain. The Web Site will be approx 7 pages + database driven search, results and details pages. I need the designer to create me a home page, follow on page, search page and results page. The HTML and database side I will do myself. I am looking for the designer to produce the "look and feel" of the site, they need not worry about links, slicing or anything else web related. Preferably I would need a few visuals (jpgs) initially which I can show my client and then once one is chosen, I will need the file in Fireworks (preferred) or layered Photoshop format so that I can slice and optimise and make any minor alterations myself. a Flash intro or flash capability is a bonus.
