The price is for a regular nav bar...I assume that you will be doing the integrating of the flash into the site. It would most likely be done sooner than 5 days, but that is just incase it needs some "fine tuning" to your preferances. I've been using Macromedia Flash MX for over 2 years now. I can make the navbar in about 3 hours, and it will look very professionally done. The intro might take a little longer though.
