Java/jBPM Conditional Workflow from a process-tree document. The input will be from employees/users in the form of conditional checkboxes and text/data entry. The data will need to be accessible on the backend in addition to informing the conditions/states. It would be ideal to output the data to a new Google Drive Document with the ability to bolt-on API outputs in the future. The end result should be a web-hosted UI with the look, taste and feel of TurboTax, but in the form of a BPM/Workflow tool for small business digital marketing-based tasks. • Login/New User • New user routs to successive, conditionally populated checkboxes/data entry • User entered values dictate conditionally populated project workflow • Existing user routs to unique homepage with list of primary task categories • Primary task categories • tracked via "0-100% completed" • expand to view subtasks • Individual Subtasks • tracked via "0-100% completed" • expand to micro-view subtask progress checklist • Micro-view subtask progress checklist • tracked via green/red; completed/not-completed • "click" to edit/continue project progress We would like to have some design control over the end product as the brand changes over time. Additionally, the workflow must be editable over time without proprietary barriers-to-action or patchwork-derived complexities. We would like this workflow to be installed and live on an existing Wordpress website. Full functionality and integration with existing Google Drive and site necessary before project is considered satisfied. Finally, all project framework is expected to follow and exist under open GPU standards consistent with that of the Google Apps Environment; or, otherwise be submitted with fully accurate and valid copyright / license certificates clearly stating limits of use along with any additional contractually binding information. It should be noted that this project's resulting software is intended for commercial use.
