Mystery Shopper needed to conduct competitive analysis of web design, IT and marketing firms in South Eastern North Carolina.
The goal of the Mystery Shopper is to gain an understanding how area creative and IT agency’s services compare. The analysis should compare prices for similar services among the different agencies as well as overall feel and response time when requesting information.
Deliverable include the following:
Notes on how services compare among agencies
Notes on pricing per service or product
Notes on turnaround time for a call back
Notes on demeanor and professionalism of staff
The Mystery Shopper’s ultimate task is to exact the same data from each agency. This will allow a side-by-side comparison of services. With the help of our mystery shopper, we’re hoping to gain a better understanding of the North Carolina technology market.
