At the moment we are developing project which is online multiplayer realtime quiz and riddles game. We have project developed to some stable state with deployment on test server and some alpha testing phase. It's possible to see how game is live. Project is server/client architecture based with server side implemented on Java and client is implemented on Java/JavaFx. New features in client will need changes in GUI design which is implemented on JavaFX. Project uses JPA for JavaDB (derby), Glassfish. Project uses CVS BitBucket, NetBeans as IDE. Maven based deployment from NetBEans. What we need from You - Inspection of existing code and re-factoring of some existing segments - Major bug fixing that are known at present (3-4 bugs) - Implementing new functionality. More specific we have now one kind of quiz tournaments implemented. We want to add three more tournament types to our system so you need to implement business logic for it and modify GUI to represent new types. - Implementing missing features: logging implementation (log4j), registration and signup implementation (implemented now, but not secure, Facebook integration missing), automated results sending based on email templates, fraud detection module (very simple at this phase) and a few other minor features. We would like project to be completed within 1-2 months after agreement date. We would pay 1000-2000 Euro for project depending on implemented features plus possibility to continue collaboration on agreement basis. We need someone who is competent and also creative as programmer and thinks more like Software architect with his own proposals. Please do not bid if you are just fishing here. Best Regards

Hi! I'm experienced (13+years) java developer strongly skilled in both j2ee and desktop java development. I familiar with all technologies required to work on your application (i familar with glass fish server, JPA orm, cvs, netbeans IDE, javaFx gui creation, etc) in addition we live in the same time zone so there will be no problems with time shift related delays in communication :D Can i see somewhere existing application? How it would look like? How complicated is gui? I would like to know what are these major bugs which need to be fixed. Also want to know more about these three more tournament types, give me as more informations as you can at this moment - it will help me estimate cost/time and prepare milestones.
