Hire a Java Developer

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Java Cloud Sim.

I just need the calculation of fault [url removed, login to view] project is about placing of maximum number of virtual machines onto minimum number of physical machines so what I need is if suppose 20,30,40 number of physical machines with 50,60,70,80 number of virtual machines we need to find the fault tolerance (if 1 VM gets down some replica of that particular VM will act as the host).

for eg: before the fault tolerance occurred what was the communication cost after recovering the fault tolerance what will be the cost(definitely it will be reduced) .
