Zen Cart, Products with Multiple Attributes

I am working on setting up my e commerce website using Zen Cart. It is not quite up and running yet. I am currently using a free template that I like but I have nothing else added to it besides a couple test products. I am going to be selling invitations and I need my products to have multiple attributes which will be the same for all of my products throughout the website. I would like the custumer to click on the image of the invite and where it opens up to the product page, I would like some different options. 1st, they will need to decide if they want to order a jpeg version or a printed version. If they select a jpeg version then they will only be order to one unit, and they will need to fill out a form that will ask them Person's Name on Invite, Age, Date of Event, Time of Event, Location of Event, RSVP Info, Any Other Additional Info and a place to upload an image for the invite. Then they can add to cart and checkout using paypal. If they order a printed version instead, then from there they will have the option to order a quantity of invitations with a minum order starting at 20 and then proceeding with options 25, 30, 35, 40, 45....and so on up to 100. A note somewhere can be added that "For orders more than 100, please contact customers service for special discounted pricing at xxx." This option will also include flat rate shipping at $5.99 and they will also need the same form described above from the jpeg option with a place to upload an image. Then add to cart and checkout using paypal. For either product, I do not need to worry about how many items I have in stock since that is essentially unlimited.
