Quickbooks Entry, Bookkepping, Accounting and Reconciliation This project requires experience in heavy data entry into desktop Quickbooks. Please note that we do not offer any training, so we are looking only for candidates that have previous experience in Quickbooks. This means that they will need to hit the ground and work with the other staff in a virtual environment. Please also be aware that we only pay for accurate work, this means that all errors will be required to be fixed by you off the clock. All candidates are required to be tested prior to being awarded a contract to work. Please DON'T RESPOND IF YOU CANT DO THE FOLLOWING: Be interviewed, tested and WORK immediately after you apply Have a desktop keyboard with reliable power and internet Have a picture government ID that is required to confirm your identity A copy of your QuickBooks Certificate that will be confirmed. I am a bachelor of commerce with Intermediate CManagement accountancy certification. I have 15 years of financial accounting/bookkeeping experience. I am a self starter and given the nature of industry I can book expenses in proper heads of expense without assistance. I can provide you complete professional bookkeeping solutions and also if required can suggest chart of accounts in line with your business requirement. I believe in setting up chart of accounts as business information system , which helps you in decision making in addition to regular accounting. Brief about my ongoing projects: 1) Setting up Chart of accounts and complete bookkeeping for 3 companies for an Australian Taxation & Business Advising Firm. . 2) Managing AP/AR/Bank in QB for a US client. My road of experience in nutshell: . I started as a junior accountant booking bills, preparing payments & receipts thereafter entering them in to the system. Then I started passing monthly journals and started reconciling AR/AP/Bank/Petty Cash. I became a bookkeeping expert. In an year I was elevated to fine tune Trial balance and to prepare monthly and annual financials. From there I became a through financial accountant preparing budgets and analyzing financial.
