Auditor for Dallas project

We would like to conduct an informal audit/review of 3 years of financial statements prepared by a partner of ours located in Dallas. We work with this company on a profit share basis, and we are attempting to determine whether or not their financial statements are accurately prepared. This will be on on-site review at a location in Dallas.
