The ideal candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and have a working knowledge of general bookkeeping/accounting practices. The role will involve a variety of tasks, including generating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, transaction entries, accounts payable, and some general administrative work. Also, the candidate must be comfortable working with numbers and have a good understanding of basic bookkeeping/accounting processes. The successful candidate must possess a proven track record of success. abibliophobia Hello, I am interested in work with you, I have a wide experience dealing with customers world wide on the phone and on email. I also have experience in AP/AR and organising information in excel or google sheets its preferred so all the team members can see and have access to the information. I worked with an US and Colombian company handling the process, including purchases, suppliers, logistics, chain supply, inventory of several warehouses at the same time, among others functions. I have knowledge in quickbooks, however I dont have the software currently installed on muy laptop because I do not own the license. Would you be providing the license for quickbooks?
