Submission of UK corporate tax return (including production of iXBRL computations) to HMRC

We are a small company, incorporated in the UK, falling under the micro-entitiy regime. We have done all our tax calculations and prepared our accounts. Unfortunately we cannot use the HMRC online tool to submit our annual tax return because we have a foreign branch with all transactions there falling under a DTA. We are looking for an accountant/tax adviser to key in the required numbers into a suitable software and to submit the digital CT600 plus the required computations in the format (iXBRL) acceptable by HMRC. We are able to provide you with all the numbers needed. (E.g. we can send you a manually filled copy of the paper based CT600 form. For the computations and any other appendices which may be required by HMRC, you just have to let us know which positions/numbers are needed and we will send them to you.) While we believe that this work mainly requires copying numbers from one format (e.g. spreadsheet or email) into another one (HMRC accepted software), we will nevertheless prefer an accountant who conducts a sanity check and informs us in case of potential issues. On the practicalities – we have the following road map in mind (we are happy to discuss any other suggestion/requirements from your side): -you send us a list of those figures you need (and any other information required) -we will return these numbers to you -you key in this information and send us a draft -we check the draft and approve it for submission -you submit the complete tax return to HMRC -you send us a copy of the submitted return for our files -once we receive confirmation that the return was received/accepted by HMRC the job is completed Work should be finished within 5 days (excluding the time we need to send you the requested numbers or to check the draft). You must be duly authorised by HMRC to submit corporation tax on behalf of clients. Please let us know which software you use for CT600 and iXBRL. Further remark: you do NOT need to submit anything to Companies House (we do this ourselves) or to provide any tax returns for directors.
