GPO is not the good solution for this activity, I have done this through powershell script that can create a report of users/group to see the list of current users of remote computer and will add more users in administrator group. Contact me to discuss about the solution.

Hi! You don't need to do this only by GPO. Doing this only by GPO will slower the authentication process. Hire me for this job and I will tell you a better way

Greetings. I can get this done for you, simply and quickly. If you would like I can make a script take in the name of any group you pass to it to and create/modify the GPO as necessary, or I can just as quickly create the GPO.
