Phoshop editors to edit photographs

Will provide you with FIVE (5) photos (JPG Files) created during photographs using iPhone-6 Camera. From your professional experience choose the best three (3) or ALL Five and work on them. The objective is to have 'very perfect looking' bride-like photographs to be used digitally and prints for a desk photo-frame. The work involves in my assessment:
1. Background removal, lighting exposure adjustments
2. Removal of marks, small patches (might have come from dirt on the camera lens)
3. Touch-up and enhancements (Retouching and Image Enhancing: Skin smoothing, Removal of pimples, marks, wrinkles, dark circles, bags under eyes, skin blemish.)
4. Sharpening eyebrows, lip liners etc.
5. Color tone adjustments to enhance the finish.
Willing to work on the photos and achieve the goals within 3-4 revisions that depends on your level of expertise.
The final product delivery must be a) Three-to-Five photographs in b) High Resolution format
c) JPEG, PNG, PDF or better digital file formats
Other Terms & Conditions:
A. Time Schedule: The FIRST draft by Sept 5th, revisions on daily basis. Target Completion Date Friday September Eighth (Sep 8th), 2017.
B. The copyrights and proprietary of the photos belongs to the photographer/owner and freelancer provides service to enhance the product for a service remuneration.
C. The Freelancer unconditionally agrees NOT to retain a copy or publish any of these photos (in the original or digitally enhanced form in any form which includes but not limited to Internet posting, web sites, social media sites, stock photos, marketing brochures, bridal magazines or dating services.
D. The Freelancer unconditionally agrees to “Destroy” the source files, intermediate files and the finished products upon confirmation from the owner that he has received in good condition all files. To facilitate any future work, the Fiverr Freelancer in advised to return all related files to the owner who will preserve the files.
E. You are allowed to water mark the photographs and must be removed after full payment. NO Signatures explicit or hidden within the photographs allowed.
F. Any Legal disputes are bound by US and State law of Virginia.
Please reconfirm acceptance of the Photo Edit Service fee in US$. Also, confirm the delivery schedule to complete by Sep 8th Friday.
