Job Role & Responsibilities 1- Produce, lead and manage the successful planning and execution of the training products assigned to a portfolio of varying industry sectors focused in Malaysia and Middle East 2- Developing the course by conducting primary (Phone Interview) and secondary research (industry Journals, Web research and competitors) to validate and create course framework as well as to generate new concepts 3- Project management, recruit and build relationships with course trainers including payment negotiations and contracts in order to maintain budget requirements 4- Prepare budget and event cost sheet for every program. 5- Maintain knowledge of all industry sectors within course portfolio by identifying strengths and weaknesses of competitive events and market opportunities to develop and pursue. 6- Develop collateral materials for each training course and liaise with course instructor and campaign team in the development of course. 7- Forge and maintain strategic relationships; including customer, trainer and vendor 8- Drive the Professional Training Division’s business strategy, brand message and value proposition though ongoing communications with internal and external stakeholders 9- Drive course revenue and target margins for the growth of the division
