Write an After Effects script that automates a composition replication process

Hi, I am building a fallen memorial slideshow in after effects. I created a composition that has three images placeholders and three corresponding name text placeholders and i wish to automate the process of duplicating that comp with sets of images from a folder (the name of the person is the image name). For example, say we have a folder with 9 pictures, the goal is to create 3 duplicate compositions from the base composition in sets of three pictures and texts from the folder and eventually place them on the timeline one after another. So 9 pictures in folders, becomes sets of 3 pictures in each comp, that is places on the timeline one after the other. Also, I would like the ability to send the main comp to render at the media queue. The name texts in the image are Unicode (Hebrew), so we need to support that. Its important to me that the script will as simple as possible, well documented and flexible where possible.
