Create File Manager for my WebApp

I need someone to create "files manager" to my WebApp: You will get the Design (html+css+js - angularjs based ) and will require to add "file manager" functionality: 1) create folders - client and server. 2) upload new files to the server (to the folders that been created) - approved extensions and limit size. 2.1) upload version file: when uploading a file there is a option to upload version file - then there is a list of all the files in the folder and you choose a file to upload new version of it. then all the version of the files will saved but the user will see only the last one (and will able to see the history of the file - all the versions when he will click on the file) 3) move files between the folders and delete files. 4) share the files with others - choose files or folders, then provide mail address there is two options: a) send link the mail to download the file(s) throw (if its files so its should be in zip file) - no signup need b) send link to the mail that allow to access the shared folder to see all the files. ** all the upload and the actions in the file manager should be done by ajax calls - no reload the page. ** do not add style and css - use the existing style. ** all need to be angularjs (the template already based on angularjs) ** all need to be documented so we can change it later.
