Looks like you need the following: 1) an extra port open on your EC2 instance and subnet; 2) an external load balancer; 3) a route53 record; 4) django setup (preferably using docker). You are likely doing this to save cost. So, lets chat about this approach and make sure we are okay with the implications. Will go over more details in chat. This sort of work is right up my alley. I'm happy to chat here and explain my plan of action before you are ready to accept my bid. Also, I agree to working on a remote desktop connection.
