Customize / add software to Amazon Web Services to set up a portal/web site for group of drafters

To set up a file repository, where drafters can share files, drafters who are in different parts of the world. Drafters will download files, work on them, rename them with appropriate date format such that they are uniquely identifiable, and load them back up to the folder. These drafters are architectural drafters, and have no technical knowledge of computers. The web based repository must be easy to use, for the non technical user.

Many of the corporate files will be transferred into this web based repository. Drafters to pull down files from this folder, update them and transfer new files back up again

Display on a front page the ‘rules’ for using the web site/repository, which we will write. (For example, File naming, where to deposit/transfer files, not creating additional folders with out communication with the administrator, folders to have dates where obviously needed, dwgs to be in a separate folder to )

Users, who are not technical, are to pull down files, work on them, and transfer new files back up to the folder. For example - a drafter making a required change to a Kitchen specification

Users are to be authorized to have access to each folder, or not authorized
