GIS BASED WEBAPP - Backend

14W Technologies works on making solar energy reliable in the long run. Our goal is to promote sustainable energy through use of modern day technology. We need freelancers to help us build the webapp to display our inspection details to clients across the world. Freelancers familiar with SCALA/ DJANGO would be great for backend design. A simple user profile creation with multiple logins with different priority/view settings is necessary. Each user will have multiple inspections view where they can choose the one they want to view. Each of these inspection view will load the images of inspection with geolocation on the maps. A feature to generate PDF result should be there, where the format is fixed and rest of the data needed is available in the storage of each inspection. Simple location markers and annotation tools should be available which the user can place and type in the actions that need to be taken.
