Setup a REST API for image management

I want an API endpoint where I can post photos + JSON metadata. (POST multipart/form-data, jpg file + metadata with Basic Auth) There will be multiple string data fields relating to client ID, subject ID etc. For now i need: POST - A way to post the photos to an endpoint with Basic Auth. GET - A way to search by subject ID, Client ID & Date. no Auth needed Secure - This is why I am leaning towards a professional. Scenarios: 1. Search all photos relating to that "Subject ID" shot at this "Client ID" 2. Search all photos shot for this "Client ID" between this "DateTime" and that "DateTime" Needs to be scaleable. S3 (Sydney based) maybe auto move to cold storage after 1 week. I'm open to ideas, and am currently using a python requests script to upload to a clients REST API from Raspberry Pi units. This project is still fairly new and I don't have a fully functional web page or app but simply providing a list of the image urls would do for now for proof of concept purposes. I've been playing with AWS and this seems like a fairly straight forward project for someone experienced in this area. I'm looking for someone Australia based who I can have a phone conversation with and also I would be keen to reuse you for more work as this project grows.
