Update AWS RDS SSL/TLS Certificates

Hello there, I am unable to download the pdf attached. There must be something wrong with the link. Any way, I guess you want update the SSL certificates as the current CA is going to be outdated soon. First, I am hoping there is development DB instance as I don't want to right away try this on production DB. In case you have don't have one, I will have to create a sample one and manually adjust it to work with old CA. AWS documentation says there are two ways to do it. Either through DB instance maintenance, or by modifying DB instance. I prefer to go with the first one. Frankly, I haven't done this particular job before. But I am confident I can do it, as it's not a complex one. The documentations are pretty straight forward. Let me know if you are interested. I will be offline for GMT 6PM-2 AM. Thanks

Hi there, I have a couple of AWS certification (Solutions Architect and Developer) and I will be glad to help you with the update of your certificate. About the required steps: I will need access to AWS console and depending of you I can modify the DB with the new CA cert and reboot the database or just activate the certificate renewal for the next maintenance window. Please note maybe you need to do some actions in your apps and there is out of the scope of this project, but I can provide you the AWS documentation about it.
