Wireless MCU Bluetooth Project

I am looking for a developer who has experience with wireless microcontroller development who can build me a proof-of-concept. The purpose of this proof-of-concept is simply to (1) record and track any/all Bluetooth devices that come within a certain proximity of my wireless MCU; (2) stream the data up Dynamo DB in AWS; and (3) provide a simple web-based interface, hosted on an EC2 Instance in AWS, that displays a real-time list of the unique Bluetooth devices that are currently within a certain proximity of the wireless MCU.
I am using a Silicon Labs ‘Mighty Gecko’ wireless MCU. For this first project, I will give you remote access to a computer within my network that you can use to interface with the MCU. I will also provide the AWS access that you need.
If successful, there is a lot more work that can follow… and, if necessary, I would also send you an MCU for future projects.
Payment in full upon completion and delivery of all source code. NDA and IP Assignment agreement will be required to cover this and any future projects.
