android card game animation interactive

Hi there I need someone who could make an interactive animation like in this video, [login to view URL] The idea is for the user to choose a card, and when they do, a new set of cards appear(like a tarot card reading) then after 5 or six cards, you need to send a value via bluetooth corresponding to the card chose, to a bluetooth device that's paired to the phone. It could be simple ascii letter, I will also need to display a few values from the device on the app.
