I want an android (Java; client) and a python (server) code for object detection program basically built on tensorflow lite. Client will have three options: 1. local object detection, r2. emote object detection (connected to the server via TCP socket), and 3. a remote object detection on H.264 encoded frames. In 1, the client will take camera inputs and run light-weight object detection CNN model by itself. In 2, the client will take the camera input, send them to the server via TCP socket, server will detect objects, and send back to the client. In 3, client will take camera inputs, encode the frames using H.264, send the encoded frames to the server via TCP socket, server will decode the frames, detect objects, and send the results back to the client. H.264 encoding will be done using OpenH264 project from Cisco (open-source).
