Authenticate a mobile app from another app at device level

we have two cross platform (Android and iOS) mobile apps developed using different development platforms.

Mobile App 1 developed using Ionic

Mobile App 2 developed using Flutter

Now we wanted to have App2 authenticated for only those who already have installed the App 1 so that they don't need to enter userid and password.

Ps: App 2 doesn't have any login flow. If anyone directly installs this app we display the message saying that they need to have App1 installed to be able to use app2.

Here is what we are thinking.

[login to view URL] some unique key at the device level that can be accessed by both the apps to trust each other.
