Build me an Android app that takes pictures and uploads them to a pre-existing HTTP form.

I operate a returns processing warehouse for people who sell on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, etc. We frequently need to take several pictures of packages we receive and associate a barcode (like a tracking number) with the pictures. I have a web application I made specifically for this which uses a webcam. You can see a demo version of it here, so you understand what I'm talking about: [login to view URL] I need someone to make an Android app that does the following: 1) Ask the user to input a text string or scan a barcode. We'll call this the "Prefix". 2) Allow the user to take multiple pictures. 3) Upload the pictures to the same HTTP form my web application uses. (test version: [login to view URL]) The application does not need to save the pictures on the mobile device. In fact, it should delete them, so they do not consume space on the phone. I can happily provide source code for the endpoint to make this very easy, or modify it if necessary. Major things: 1) The application should allow the user to configure the URL of the form it's pointed at. The setting should stay between sessions, so the user doesn't have to set this every time. 2) The application should allow zooming and controlling focus of the camera. The reason we want a mobile app is because we can't really control the focus, zoom, etc. of a webcam. 3) The application must confirm the picture was uploaded successfully. If the picture failed to upload it can cost our company a lot of money, because these pictures are used to prove the state of returned merchandise and make refund decisions. 4) Speed of taking pictures is a major factor. There should be an absolute minimal amount of user interaction, transition screens, or dialogs between taking each picture. 5) There should be a clear and easy way for the user to say "I am done taking pictures". When the user does that, the app should ask them to input the next "Prefix" and then allow them to begin taking another set of pictures. I will have future work for someone who does a great job with this.
