Build a mobile ad offering for a leading ad network

MOTDgd is a leading games ad network. Our company specialises in, in-game desktop advertising, in popular titles.
We now want to have a mobile offering. This will involve supporting video and display advertising in IOS and Android apps. It will allow app developers to monetise their creations how they see fit e.g. they could show videos to users, on a preroll basis, or for them to acquire in-game content e.g. unlockable items etc. Integration with mobile apps must be simple, so that is app developer “friendly”.
We also want support for mobile web advertising, which we’re pretty comfortable with, but we may need additional assistance in this respect.
Our current desktop solution is supported by a DFP (double click for publishers) ad server, and waterfall. We are hoping to combine our existing set-up with mobile. We also have our own home-made player, which supports JS VPAID and HTML5 out the box. We are moving away from Flash with the rest of the industry.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Ad integration experience
-Experience with IOS and Android SDKs
- Experience in the advertising industry (helpful)
- Javascript/JSON experience
- An understanding of VAST/VPAID tags
