Build me a telehealth app.

I am needing someone to develop a telehealth app for web, iOS and Android. It needs to have some API integration, and then video consultation functionality, as well as making a booking for a Doctor house visit, and then also a remote diagnosis by integrating data collected by a smart medical device such as heartbeat, lung check, ear, throat and skin imaging. A doctor and user portal needs to be created along with it.
