E-Commerce Hybrid Mobile Application - Very simple and basic application

Hello Everyone, I'm looking for someone to help me create a hybrid e-commerce application to work for both platforms "IOS & Android". The app is very simple and here is the description; The application should be only 9 products e-commerce, without any product description page or online payment, the app will contain login, register, forgot pass functions, and will directly give the user a home page that has 9 products, each product only has a picture, a name and a price, the user will be able to add more items or decrease items from + and - buttons underneath each product and will proceed to the cart after clicking the button, the cart will be regular e-commerce cart and then the user will click on the button to proceed to the checkout where he will choose an address and default payment method will be cash on delivery while there is no online payment and then checkout to get a confirmation email. here are the functions and the needed pages in the application: 1. Register/ Login/ forgot password 2. Home Screen that has 9 products only as of the design, + and - buttons to increase item number or decrease it and Add to cart button. 3. Cart Screen that has the items in the cart and + & - buttons to increase or decrease items and x to delete an item 4. Checkout Screen that has the address, items and prices and shipping price that can't be changed and the user should choose a delivery time like 9 am, 11 am and date like today, tomorrow and so on. 5. Order Placed Screen to show confirmation like the design 6. Setting Screen with the options in the design 7. Personal Information screen like the design 8. My Order Screen like the design with a button to order the same order again and when the user clicks on it, it should automatically take the user to the cart while he will find the order he had ordered again and then will checkout. 9. Shipping Address like the design 10. Add Address screen like the design without a map. 11. Payment Method Screen without online payment, just Cash on delivery option. 12. Language screen to show languages and change between languages 13. admin panel that has a list of the 9 products with an option to edit the title, the picture or the price and an option to stop selling a product or resume selling it. 14. Orders list in the admin panel to show order details such as name, phone number, email, address, and items with an option to mark as delivered. 15. Reporting in the admin panel to show how many orders upon date and how much money in revenue from these sales. I'm looking for an easy-going person who will handle both frontend and backend for this very simple project and the design is attached below please check it before writing a proposal and please start your proposal with "TAZE". Also, please note that the budget is between 250$ and 750$ so don't tell me anything more than that. Thanks.
