Create Dart/Flutter Widget: Detect and set user location with radius

The job ist to create a dart/flutter widget, that contain the follow features und should test and run at one android and ios device or simulator. 1. the app should show a simple textview at the top and a simple button with text "detect" and a google Mapview below. 2. if the user click on the detect button then the app should check if the user access the location permission is before granted. if no then the app show a dialog text: "Please accept your location permission" and "yes" and "no" button. 3. if user click on "yes", the app should request the permission. after the permission successfull granted, the app should show a simple toast "Location permission granted" and then should start to point 5. if the request permission failed then should the app show a toast "permission not granted" and show the dialog again. 4. if the user click on no then the dialog should dismiss. The permission handling can use with the permission library: [login to view URL] 5. after the location accessable, the app should start to determine the current user location. during the location detection the 'dismiss' button should change the text to 'wait' 6. after the location is detected then the location should show at the map with a marker. the marker should have the label: "Your position". 7. The user should have the change to move the marker to other position with touchscreen 8. the app should show a radius around the marker. e.g. [login to view URL] the radius can adjust from user that can change the slider. the slider should show below the map. the slider should have values in range from 1000 meter until 10000 meter. if user change slider then the map should adjust the zoom so the user can see the complete marker range. if the radius decreased then the zoom should increased 9. at the top of the screen they should display a statusline: latitude: xx, longitude: xx and radius in meter.
