I want to create a mobile apps / a platform where people can share few details and based on the matchmaking algorithm, user will be shown perfect match for them The matchmaking algorithm will be using my own algorithms. Combination of classical western and eastern astrology plus machine learning to classify people's personality from the answered questions. The main features needed to create this mobile apps are: 1. Scraping from another websites to generate user astrological profile data / classification 2. ML algorithm to differentiate user based on their answered questions when registering 3. Great, simple, elegant UI/UX design 4. Payment Gateway API (PayPal, Midtrans, Alipay, etc) 5. SMS + Email Gateway 6. iTunes and Google Play Account 7. SSL Certificate 8. Content for Terms, Privacy Policy, CMS 9. Chat API, Video Chat API, emoticons, sending kiss and loves to other users 10. PDF Generator report based on 2 people profile matchmaking 11. User upgrade from basic to VIP can access different features My budget is USD 20, I want it to be made under 1 month.
