Custom enhancement for a Ride-share Company

So i need the following to be done. 1.) Bugs fixing and optimizing the code for better performance 2.) Implementation of Hypretrack API for better tracking of driver's from rider's app. allow admin to monitor and track drivers live and track the routes of the trips that were taken by drivers. 3.) Make changes in the apps(design) to show driver their weekly earning information showing weeks days as well(Mon to Sun) where the driver can click on a particular day and see all trips done on that day. 4.) In the admin panel we need to allow admin to send the invoice and statements to riders and drivers(currently they go automatically) need a manual system as well. 5.) Need to create a manual coupon entry field in promotions in rider app and admin can generate promo codes from backed which can be only be used by people whom the code is given to, admin can make the code valid for multiple trips and can change or amend the dates as well. 6.) Currently the driver only gets one notification(push) if the app is running in background i want push notification to come again and again till the time driver does not open it or the timer is finished and trip request timer finishes and goes to another driver. 7.) Currently Rider/ Driver can login to multiple devices which is a concern i need a solution for this so one i'd cannot be used in multiple devices at one time. 8.) Put an cancel icon in rider and driver app if they want to cancel trip or decline it, currently when the rider makes a trip request the rider cannot cancel booking request while it is still searching for a driver, and in driver when he accepts the trip request the driver cannot cancel unless he has reached the riders location, we need to allow driver to cancel trip request if they don't want to pick up a rider, if a driver cancel a trip request we will ask the driver to select a Pre-selected option for cancellation reason. 9.) Implementing google for external navigation( Waze is already implemented just need to put google as well) 10.) In both apps in notifications need to upgrade to digital notification so admin can share pictures/ video links as well or any third party link. 11.) In the admin panel there is a refund section we need to change that section to allow refund without effecting the driver payment, admin should be able to choose whether we want to take the money back from a driver, currently the refund option that has been implemented is once the admin does refund it takes money back from driver as well. (so this needs to be made custom for adjustments)
