Fix IONIC Google Map error No working

I have IONIC source code. It works well with this command (ionic cordova run browser )

But no working on real devices (Android and iphone)

it is no problem of Google map Api.

It works well on real Phone`s when compiled from my friend`s PC (Mac)

if you know, plz let me know
