Real Time Product Syn in Android Existing project

Hello Team, I'm looking for real-time product syn with the help of webhooks and socket integration on android APP. All the changes in the product should be reflected immediately on other connected devices. If the device is in offline mode it should push the data to server and update other devices online when internet is up.
