Just I would like answer your questions: 1) Estimation of price and working hours will be based on the features you want and the app design you choose. However it is a long project and would take 40 to 60 days. If you don't have the UI design of the app don't worry I will get it ready for you. 2) Yes we can monetize the app using Google ad sense if that is what you are asking for. 3) If you want the app to be cross platform we can develop on it Flutter otherwise we can develop on Android first as it has the most users.
