Develop mobile application for android and ios iphone.

The project will be done in three phases which are: Phase 1: Application building and commissioning (Making it up&running). Phase 2: Integrating Paybal gateway (starts three months after the application official launch). Phase 3: Maintenance (Starts immediately after the official launch and for 1 year which is extendable if all parties agree after the completion). Phase 1: * Android + Iphone (final version to be delivered on stores). * Menu like gumtree with all functions (search to be either by gps location or manual through what countries available in our website, and with at minimum the same functions in gumtree). * Currency converter to be restructured, in each post there is an option called convert currenc, while by default currency will be shown as per the original post. * Inbox (messages) just like the menu in gumtree is minimum, a chatting method will be better if doable. * All images, texts, and colors used shall be professional and refers to the logo colors, it is bidders' responsibility to review and change any mistakes in the application before submitting. * Final application shall be error free upon submitting, 20 usd will be deducted on each minor error and 50 usd will be deducted on each major error. * If the deadline is not met, 5 usd will be deducted on each day of delay. * Control over the application shall be 100% efficient and professional. * Handover shall be done efficiently in a document that has the languages, special configurations, and any important information about the application. ---------------- Phase 2 (after phase 1 in three months): * Will integrate paybal gateway, to have two kinds of paid classifieds "Hall of fame" and category featured (details will be discussed later). -------- Phase 3: Maintenance * Maintenance includes any errors which were not found during launch and any errors that might occur during the first year of launching the app. * Maintenance may include minor modifications only in the first 3 months of running the website, after that bidder can bid for modifications. * Response to errors shall be on spot if a major error occured, and after 4 hours max if a minor error occured. ================== Payments (payment terms are not negotiable, payment for both phases are considered as one): Phase 1 & 2: 5% Advanced payment 55% after completion of phase 1 40% after completion of phase 2 Phase 3 (separate payment): 25% at the end of each quarter.
