• To develop a creative, modern and user-friendly Property Service Management web app for me and my team which give a single platform to property companies, service providers companies, renters, technician and visitors. This is a market place. The scope of work includes the following: • To provide the highest quality of property maintenance management services and solutions. Where maintenance professionals can come to find and discover the right tools to manage the company properties and serve the renters maintenance requests in a time matter and controlled service. The system should be configured in a way so that all parts of some part of the system can be implemented on the client premises if required. • The Admin Panel will provide the single point of contact for the administration part of the property maintenance management product, where administrators can monitor the product performance and usage, manage & support property management companies and service providers need and extract any needed report. • The property administration company control panel will provide the ability to manage maintenance requests from renters, where will be responsible of receiving requests, forward requests for internal professionals (technicians) or external maintenance entities (service providers) or individuals as well as tracking the requests through its lifecycle starting from the entire point of request until it closed or solved. • The service provider control panel will provide the ability to manage maintenance requests forwarded from property companies, where will be responsible of receiving requests, forward requests for internal professionals (technicians) as well as submit quotations in regards to requests. • The renter will have the ability to submit and track the maintenance requests to the property company who is managing his rented property, where will be able to tracking the submitted requests, and manage rented properties. • The Technician will have the ability to receive assigned work order from the platform user, handle it, and resolve it, he is reporting to the property company or for service provider. • The visitor (non-registered users) will have the ability to search for the available properties in the system along with-it available units and rating from the previous and current renters. Furthermore; Visitor can view the supervision property company along with it rating from it previous and current renters. • Data should be retained for 10 years. • The Platform should support Multi-tenancy so that versions of the product can be provided to different clients where the tenant will include features and look and feel different than another tenant. the tenant could also differ in business rules and behavior from another tenant.
