Need an Angular Developer! Requirements: Angular/Typescript and Google API(for translation) "If you don't understand please contact me." Create a website where users upload their files (.ppt/.pdf/.doc) and select the language in which they want to translate them into such as (English -> German). After translation file should be open on our own website. The half-screen should be for translated files and half of it should be for the text (This text should be from speech to text conversation).

I have working experience with Google Translate API. I can complete this work in very less time. I can assure that my code will 100% efficient that other developers so it will reduce some extra load on web server while translating the Document File. I can extend this work with Google Text-To-Speech API by which we can create an Audio file of that Input document file.
