Blender modeling and blender 3D animation

First I need a model of a diger, similar to the one in the image. It has a drill and a tank like wheels(tracks). Color can be same or maybe dark green. Then I need a 7-10 second 3D animation of that diger. Animation: -OPTION 1: first drill on diger starts spinning then whole diger moves forward and start drilling in some dirt like object. With his drill he is removing dirt and he is moving forward. Behind this dirt object is text: M I N E R, when he finishes digging he clears all the dirt and title MINER is wisible. His drill and wheels must be moving as he moves! At beginning camera mustbe positioned in the way that you can see that diger is a 3D object! When he starts drilling camera position can be that he looks like 2D or 3D. Either way is OK.(Something like image option1) -OPTION 2: first drill on diger starts spinning then whole diger moves - he comes from right or left side and he makes a turn to that dirt object, then he start drilling . There are two options: He is moving forward and drills through dirt and he drills to text MINER OR he stops at dirt object and start drilling(he is not moving forward when he drills) and he drills to that object for a few moments then whole dirt object destroyes into small particles(as he drills into dirt object small partickles fall down) and text MINER can be visible. (Something like image option2) This animation will only be used once as short intro on presentation, and will never be sold as part of any other product! I also need blender files for both diger and animation!
