I need an animator/cartoonist

I am making a documentary about a holocaust survivor and inventor; and we would like to have some portions of it animated. We are still editing but we have a few sequences that we know we want animated. I have exported three portions we want animated and I have a rough version of the previous export of the first 16 minutes of the documentary if you would like to view for context. The portions i exported are trimmed down from what you see in the full video just because you will only see animation, not speaker so we trimmed the sentences. If we like your style, we are willing to increase budget. I am attaching the pulled segments we would want animated: 1) The dogs sequence would just be a man going to the border, crawling through a hole at the ground of the border, and then coming out to the other side with guard dogs waiting 2) the cemetary sequence would be him seeing another woman at a different grave mourning someone and bringing his flowers to her 3) the inventions portion would be a color background with the animations of each invention taking up a portion of the screen.
